our process
1. We listen to you to determine what you want and the level of involvement
by Total Plan Service in the process.
2. We develop preliminary concept sketches, including floor plan,elevations
& perspective sketches. We can also provide rendered three-dimensional
(3-D) fly-arounds and walk-throughs.
3. Following consultation, we make any desired adjustments, then go on to
develop full construction drawings
4. Building Consent is applied for.
5. We follow up with Council, caring for all necessary details to make sure
that Council issues the Consent, including engineering calculations,
drawings, the Consent Application and Planning Consents as required.
